I take photos of the actual item and list all know defects, stains, rips, snaggs etc. I thrive for customer satisfaction, it is a must for me so I guarantee that the pictures portray the item exactly as it is. If there is any damage during shippin that's out of my control, if you will leave an email address I'll gladly send pictures as I'm packaging your item to insure its condition.
