PLEATED POLKADOT DRESS

Polka dot dress with short sleeves & sweetheart neckline. Fitted at the waist and with pleats that go all around create a slim waist and give some fullness to the skirt. Color is navy blue with white rectangular polka-dots. White floral embroidering details around the sleeves and the bottom of the skirt make this a unique piece! The dress is fully lined and has a long zipper closure down the back so it's easy to get in and out of. Size small but would fit a size 4-8. 100% cotton
