PLT ribbed button detail bardot dress

This dress is labeled as an xs, but it was way too small for me and I couldn’t even get it on. I’m assuming it must be a petite size. It would definitely be better suited for an xxs. It has a slightly ruffled top hem, which isn’t seen in the website’s picture, but can be seen in the pictures I took. Never worn. It still has the tag attached.
