NWOT, Thick soft knit with heavy warm feel sweater. Has slight ballon sleeves. Colors are cream and maybe. Back by neck has an open cutout with strap. This is new with out tags. P2p is 25” stretches past 30” and length is 30”. Can fit an XL comfortably and below an XL would be a great oversized look.
