POLKADOT Dress

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY !! :) Very cute Polka Dot Dress. Wore it a couple of times for work. Still in great condition. Size small. Has a lining and the tie on the waist is just for show, does not tighten. It's been sitting in a storage closet, so may have storage smell. A normal wash would remove.
