POLKA-DOTS! Men’s necktie. Dark blue with small white polkadots. This tie has been worn many times because it was one of my favorites! There are sime minor signs of wear, but that adds to the character! I am now retired and wanting to share the joy with someone else who enjoys neckties and polkadots!
