I don't have many items in my closet, but I am frustrated because I am not getting any likes or even interest. I do share my to my followers, but that doesn't generate any sales. I sold one item right off the bat from my closet, and that was it. I also share in the "PLUS" party, but the amount of items at the party are overwhelming and I don't think anyone even sees mine. Any suggestions?

gemsrpretty If you are on the app on the bottom right will be your username tap on that and at the very top is your guide to Poshmark and also a Poshmark etiquette. Just takes a few minutes to go through but it is very helpful😊

gemsrpretty You had mentioned the earrings you are selling and shipping situation and I completely understand shipping can be expensive if they have bundled a few items that usually helps then you’ll see at the bottom of the bundle is an offer button you can offer them discounted shipping. They do get priority shipping which is very nice with tracking.

gemsrpretty I’m finding more places are charging quite a bit for shipping but if the items are smaller it’s best if you can work with them to create a bundle to make it most cost effective. I hope that helps I will go and share your closet I wish you all the best💜

gemsrpretty You could also split the difference with them and reduce the item buy three dollars however shipping would still stay in the overall pricing of the product you would just be reducing your item by three dollars which would offset shipping.

gemsrpretty they do have 3days to inspect the item sometimes it’s as simple as reaching out asking them to please accept the items most people don’t mind at all they get busy & forget and most unless they are sellers on posh active buyers don’t realize that money is not released until the buyer excepts the item. I'm selling a set of coasters and I got a note from a girl telling me that it is not compliant with Poshmark to sell anything other than fashion.Is that true? I found a whole page of stuff when I looked up "kitchin" in the search bar, that are definitely not wearable items (coffee mugs, wall decor, kitchen towels, cookbooks, etc.). Posh is for fashion as noted in the guide. household items are excluded the reason why you can find it in the search engine is because it’s in the poshers description however if you sort and look for that category when your listing you will not find household items😉many people still list household items even though it is not posh compliant I wish they did have another site but for now posh is for fashion make up jewelry etc.

gemsrpretty @steelcurtain74 When I first started I didn’t realize perfume was not compliant we will always learn as we go. You might also find that people will not share your closet if you are not posh compliant which if someone has a lot of followers it’s very helpful to have your closet shared to their feed. Anyhow it would be helpful to go through the Poshmark information guide on the app that helped me a lot.😚

I would consider that "wearing" as you actually do have contact with your body. GEEZ, that is really being too picky. I just did actually read the Poshmark guide and it reads that you should 'refrain' from selling anything other than clothing and accessories (see, 'accessories' - hence perfume!).

gemsrpretty @steelcurtain74 No problem my pleasure🤗 I think with a Perfume it has to do with the label we get From POSH which is “USPS priority mail”so liquids should not be shipped priority mail I’d have to look at it again but the reasoning behind a Perfume had to do with regulations with the post office.

luckyladybug4u @colorin4 Hello...yes of course! To make offers to likers - Click on the item and then to the right of the item is a box "Price Drop"....when you click that you have 2 choices. One is to drop the price to the public - everyone. The other is to drop to just the likers. When you click onto that, it takes you to a screen where you decide how much you want to offer to the liker....BUT you have to give discount shipping, which is a small amount, I think maybe not even $2.....hope this helps you...

It's just more personal. You see, when you offer a lower price to likers, it goes to all of them and you'll get a "news" message saying "Your offer was sent to 4 (or how ever many) likers.

Look under my listing in my closet for the "5 Star rating" - the big yellow star listing. When you click on that, off to the left will be the 2 pics of the purse. gemsrpretty @cinnamongirl72 hi there yes an item showing as 'Reserved' with the yellow ribbon, that means that the listing is in the checkout process, and may end up purchasing the reserved item. ... luckyladybug4u @buffy1940 You are very welcome dear. I, too, am an animal lover and I did notice your perfectly gorgeous black and white kitty showing behind you in the pic. We had an orange tabby who lasted 21 years and 6 weeks. I was heartbroken when he passed away. He was the best kitty in the world and we got him from a shelter. 😻
