yesisme39 I got duped by this seller, she listed her items as new with tags and she only shipped the bracelets w/o the boxes. Right @kackac1987 ??? @innerbeaut do you know if we can contact posh to report the seller and rate her again?

innerbeaut I've had problems w/ a handful of Poshmark sellers claiming items as new they were only trying to sell their items ask questions ask for better photos ask if an would be shipped as is w/ box and tags (people put fake photos, ask for a current photo) any more questions contact Poshmark for your concerns @yesisme a item marked NWT should come w/ original tags and everything! I would've answered any questions you have I do not mind. But you did not need to tag @kackac1987 on my Poshmark page @yesisme89 I do not like to get involved in any personal matters

innerbeaut I've had a seller sell me a "NWT item" Damaged and used I accidentally pressed and typed the my items 5 stars and "perfect" w/o noticing the defects I expressed my concern to Poshmark sent them photos of the item and they returned me $10, I couldn't have receive a refund since Poshmark releases the seller their item once you click an item as received @yesisme93

innerbeaut If you confirmed that you received the item, you should contact Poshmark hopefully they should refund you something too. My 5 star review stayed w/ the seller that sold me my item too @yesisme39 I realllly hope you have the best experience w/ the sellers you buy from follow posh rules! No trading! You're not covered by Poshmark by that! Ask if an item will be shipped as shown in their photo w/ tags/box @yesisme39 sorry!

innerbeaut Oh! I am typing a lot I reallly hope I'm being helpful w/ your concerns read the Faq, search on Google, Youtube about questions it helped me a lot! I'm always on Poshmark and come across worse experiences than mine. yesisme39 You should post a video, I'm sure it will educate many of us who really don't know what the rules are. I received a bracelet that was missing one charm and although I made a claim PM said it didn't qualify but they gave me 15.00 credit. If you ask me, I don't think that the bracelet was as described because it was missing a charm.

innerbeaut Thank you for messaging me I've been wanting to ask of you shipped the item I received a tracking number, does Poshmark let you track it as well? Because its been stuck in KENT, WA since the 3rd of March I've been wanting to message Poshmark bcs i'm getting concerned I was suppose to receive it on the 4th and its already the 7th and if it was delayed by the USPS bcs of weather conditions or anything they would have told me I signed up for their email notifications as well and they have not contacted me for any delays. Do you have an idea what may be going on @larissacummings? :(

innerbeaut Yes you did I see it departed from your location, but I don't know why I haven't received anything in the mail it still has been in Kent, Wa for days already @larissacummings I'm so sad. I always receive my Poshmark orders quickly this is so odd. I'm located in southern Texas and the weather conditions are extremely well. I don't understand I'm going to contact them as well. Can you please keep me updated and I'll do the same :(

innerbeaut I had sent an email to Poshmark after I had left that last comment my current time is 2 am and i just got an email update via the USPS @larissacummings the package is in Texas already I'm guessing someone forgot to scan the package 😒 i'm so glad for the current update 😌😄
