Hi Celeste- I purchased this bag because mine was stolen at Whole Foods 5 days before I left to meet my family in Hawaii for Christmas. The bag arrived while I was gone. I returned on December 30th and was quite sick for six weeks. I used the bag no more that five times during those six weeks if that. So it is in the same condition as it was when I purchased it. And, Whole Foods called last week to tell me they found my bag!! My credit cards had been used but all the cash was there. Best- D
