@emxaugust hi, yes they run true to size.. I would say they would fit a size 9 narrow foot best, or 8.5 with a thicker sock, or 9.5 with a thinner sock. Hope that helps! They are in great condition, I would wear them myself but unfortunately my bf is a bit shorter than me and they have a bit of a wedge lol
