@alaskagem Maria, I am adding you to my prayer list. I would greatly appreciate it if you would add me to yours. I have had spinal surgery once and now have a bionic neck. It appears I now need more surgery on lower spine. I also pray to my Dad , who will forever be my hero. He is in Tim Russert's Book of messages from our Fathers. I will meet with the Top Doc Neurosurgeon next week. I am in a lot of pain. I don't take pain pills, instead I went back to work. Keeping busy with my first graders is the best medicine! School is out now...I need to get this done. Please pray for me, the doctors and nurses who will care for me! God Bless You!

@alaskagem Maria, waiting is so difficult! I know. I have been waiting and waiting to see the neurosurgeon! I keep busy! I have phantom nerve pain. I feel like I'm doing the child birth breathing techniques... To manage! I keep putting ice packs on my leg.
Trust me, I am lucky to have a wonderful husband and son. I thank God every day for His blessings. I will meet the specialist Friday but I have to put the surgery off until July because my husband can't take any time off and my family is in the other side if the country. I am going to list everything in my closet to keep busy. It's times like these that we realize how unimportant material things are. Maria, I am praying for you now! Thank you, Lord for bringing harmony, understanding and love between Maria and her spouse! Lord, hold Maria in your loving care and speed her healing! I thank you Lord for all of your blessings for Maria and her family. Amen

He wants me to have nerve ablation and facet injections...Surgery is NOT indicated! Praise God! Thanks to all who have held me in prayer!

Regardless the outcome of the test results they are removing the large mass, then I have to see a plastic surgeon . I spoke with my case manager today and she asked when I wanted to do this lol and I said tomorrow ! Friday ! Too soon for them ! So please all PRAY TOMORROW THEY SET IT UP WITH MY SURGEON FOR MONDAY CONSULT !! So I will leave the island this Sunday !! I am ready to start the road to recovery with JESUS carrying me all the way thru!!!! I give him all the Praise for finding this ! Opening all the doors for me ! And radiation and my medicine my teeth started chipping . I use to have good teeth ,but now I M getting the lummaniers on my teeth . Don't know how to spell it. I had more teeth fixed and they are still
Bothering me. I also have Multiple Sclerosis I was diagnosed when I was around 24 then in my 40's breast surgery , I had one removed they didn't want to do the other because they didn't want to keep me asleep that long for the surgery. I still want the other off just because even though it was the right one . I
Want the left off also. If you need to talk to anyone or want someone to listen who's been through it please just let me know. I will pray for you . Oh I want to let you know , don't be scared to get the drain tubes out because it doesn't hurt it just feels like something running your finger over your skin. That's the best way to explain what I think you can think of. Please feel like you can talk to me even though you don't know me . I am a Christian and I can listen and pray for you . OH I FORGOT TO TELL YOU I REALLY LIKE MY SHOES!

Wow!!!....I had nooo idea😔....you're a cancer survivor too...That's worth celebrating🎊😔✨....I hope that you are healing just great...and may The Lord guide you for the testimony he's preparing for you....everything we go through ...good or what we may consider bad...is for his Glory...every single thing!!!...I know I'm human and even complain sometimes...but then the Holy Spirit nudges me and says...He's in Total Control....even though we think we are...lol....I remember being in the hospital feeling so alone...and I told The Lord to please take me....I can imagine God chuckling saying "yeah right there's too much still left for you to do".....and it starts with his testimony ...how will people know about these diseases and the warning signs if some of his warriors don't go "Through"...key word through....there are so many that did not make it...but we are here for his purpose😉...I know His way works because look at the out pouring of love in both of our pages...oh when you get a moment go back through this thread...you missed a comment from a person up above...I did the same thing and responded to her weeks later...I want to make sure that every person that responds to my Cancer Survival Post...I acknowledge ...it's like 4am here...and just had to leave this mess for you 😘😘😘

@ajoneal hi Angie...today is hard because it's Father's Day...but I have my Father in Heaven to celebrate with...My actual cut site is not the part hurting me it's the drainage sites ..they hurt really bad . I slept over 12 hour last night . So I woke up in A lot of pain but trying to keep focused. I just talked to my husband and he had my GRANDBABY last night by himself !! But please keep HAIDEN in your prayers ..he has a nasty flu bug . So I guess I am better off up here . Thank you for checking in on me . It's great to talk to someone. I have to admit I had reservations about contacting you ...there are some very ugly ladies out there spreading rumors about me .. And I blocked everyone who had contact with the lady who scammed me . I am a prayer warrior . I just figured she needed the money more than I did. I never blasted her but she hit me hard . And now these ladies still believe I am a bad posher. I can't go home until all drainage has stopped ...I have a appointment this Wednesday with my surgeon. Then she makes the decision if I get to go home or not. Also I am asking my clinic to put me back on my regular meds and take me off theses harsh pain pills . I would pick them up tomorrow up here . I just don't want to be on these ones , I feel I can manage on a lower dose. I am so very thankful for you my sister! I feel like I have gained a SISSIE for life. I am NOT ALONE WITH YOU ! @alegria4rl sure Rena ...my biopsies haven't come back on my lymph node . My breast had to come off because of I have a blood disease in my breast , this is the 6 th surgery on my breast and I carry the BC gene so they did the mastectomy I have had a bleeding inverted nipple for 10 months . So they thought this is best for me get rid of the issue they couldn't ever get rid of the infection ! I was sick for 10 months straight ...so I as far as I am concerned I have over came this . I will be a healthy person ...but I do have to wait for my lymph node . I am tired of my drained ..they hurt.. I just want to go home. This surgery is # 6 on my breast well the breast that was there . I am very interested in your info..?I feel that women need to be educated. Look what I went thru . God Bless you ! Hi sweetie, thanks for all your shares, are you still in the hospital ? You have drains in , yeah no fun. They pull if you move the wrong way. I've had my share.when they are ready to remove them don't be scared but I would make sure to have pain meds it's nerve racking but it's pretty quick.. Yes it's very strange feeling , I won't lie somewhat uncomfortable.. My Drs took mine out quickly . Just hold your breathe and blow out... I'm sure you'll do just fine.. I'm so glad we've reconnected ...💖

Maria, I don't know if you caught sight of it yet, but down here in the lower 48 states, it appears that tribal prints are a fad along with black and white chevron. Leggings of all kinds. @ajoneal hi Angie...more today than yesterday but only because they took out one of the tubes YAY !! But I am in a lot of pain today :( I think I have been over doing it. Plus I lost control of my pain and I am playing catch up BLAHHH ! I had my first follow up and my surgeon said I was doing fabulous ;) that made me feel Great ! My daughter inlaw is coming in tomorrow night to spend the rest of my stay with me Praise God ! I am getting ready to catch the shuttle my daddy is coming to town for his Dr.s visit for 2 days I can't wait to see him . @alaskagem So glad someone is with you. You need to take care. I just remembered something you need to know about recovery. When you get your drain tubes out you need to make sure wherever you sit to make sure everything you need is on the same side as your breast surgery because it will make you reach and use your arm and help you stretch it. I f you don't it can get where you can't use arm like you use to. That's why. If you put everything on that side you will reach and use it. It will hurt , but if you do it your arm should get its function back to normal. Some people can't use their arm the way they use to because it didn't get stretched . I am telling you because I did this and I can lift my arm and use it. My Multiple Sclerosis has done some damage in my left arm . You can't see the damage I just can't trust it to do things because after a MS attack I had a few years ago left that left arm spastic. So when I had my breast surgery I needed my right arm to be normal feeling so I really used it and got my function back after the surgery. The MS had done nerve damage to my left arm to where people can't see it's not feeling normal only I can feel it . I just don't trust the left . That's why I worked hard to stretch my right arm( that's the side I had breast surgery) it will hurt but just keep reaching . They really cut me bad and took
All limphnodes right under right arm , so I really had to stretch. I don't know if I spelled that right , but maybe you know what I am talking about. I just wanted to tell you so you can pick up that Grandbaby when you get well. Didn't you say you had a Grandchild? Well sorry I wrote so much , but just thought I should let you know . Let me know how you are doing whenever you don't see me text you.

@ajoneal Awe Angie you NEVER CAN WRITE TOO MUCH !! I am trying to use my arm even though it hurts ! I reach for things and carry my purse on that side :) the cut where they took the lymph nodes out hurts bad along with the drainage site but the drainage is slowing down greatly !! Praise God ! @angels9670 Hi Kim....Praise God !!! I was up here by myself for a week and a half ..then my daddy came in for a night. I surprised him at the airport and it was late at night he was TRUELY surprised but I had to see him. I had no idea I that many tears inside of me ...it was from deep deep within. But I felt the healing ...I am a Prayer warrior ...I LOVE TO PRAY FOR PEOPLE !! @ringleader hi Holly ...Yes ! I have my final drainage tube taken out Monday Yay ! And I get to go home on Tuesday !! I am getting excited ! The pain is getting better every day and I am accepting what it looks like . It's not a beautiful sight ..but I am still the same MARIA as before right ! Boobs are over rated !! Lol I TRUELY couldn't have done this without ALL OF MY SISTERS HETE ON POSH !! I have some sweater boots that will be coming... Everything is brand new, so I will create a listing on Wed or thurs to see if you'd like the items. I have my eye on your coach boots and any available bag. I know these are sought after items, so you'll let me know if they're available for trade. Do your ladies like tall boots, warm snow boots, or sweater? I know the sweater boots are popular with juniors... We shall see. I haven't seem them in person yet. I have been off of Posh for a bit trying to catch up with other things in my life :). My son who works on the Pipeline he is a hazmat foreman came in to be with me for a week and I am super Happy he is here ! Always good to have your babies come home even if they are 28 lol :) I will finish getting your history in a email to you after our family dinner. Remember don't be afraid to wear these ! @alaskagem thank you! Yes, my family needs prayer like crazy! My husband, military for 20 years..due to Obama's cuts.. is being "early retired" as of December 1st. We just found out for sure a few weeks ago. I just got put into dentures and am having a lot of trouble wearing them. I gag, and wish I'd never let the dentist have touched me. Severely embarrassed due to my teeth. And my facial structure is changing for the worse because of it. My mom lives with us and she and I both suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks. She is in dire need of knee surgery but we don't know what's going to happen to us with my husband and him finding a good job. We can't afford to live where we do if he doesn't find anything. It's chaos emotionally, physically and financially. I praise the Lord for my miracle of a daughter at 38 and that she is healthy and happy. And so thankful to have crossed paths with you. @lovesdesigner I was almost completely healed and 2 weeks ago I over reached up for something and felt a burn in my stomach and I blew the mesh in my abdomen on part of the surgery site and now I have to go in and get a hernia repair 😰

I try not to spend too much time on any electronic devices, there are many ppl all around that I have a duty to reach; plus I have my family to keep up with. I will continue to pray for you & hold you prayer group up. Every1 needs that boost from time to time. As far as me needing prayer, always and forever! 😊I have been battling a ton of illness & complications for 12 long years from not knowing about black mold & sucking a bunch of it down in my lungs without knowing the damage it could do. A remodel project gone totally bad. When I got severely sick & almost died I was given a promise from God, with confirmation. It's been a icky ugly battle but there is a ton of beauty that has come thru it and that is still to come. I am promised not only healing but restoration. I need daily prayers! I have 100% faith in Jesus & in my promise. Iv had strangers who don't know me confirm it many times. It will happen & it's gonna be used mightily. God isn't just going to restore me, He is gonna Show Off thru my healing & restoration. He can show off thru you as well sister! He is good and just and remember...Always On Time!

Once you have prayed for healing , then you change your prayers to Thanksgiving !if you continue to pray for healing over and over again you are tell our Father you don't believe he heard you the first time !

@alaskagem Hi, I am so sorry for your loss. You will be in my prayers. May I ask who passed? It's been awhile since we've chatted. I will be praying for you. I was on chemo for a few months and got really sick with it so I was hospitalized for almost the whole month of January and part of February with my last treatment in March. I'm feeling better each day. Praise Jesus ! Without him and my church family I never would have made it through. Hope to hear from you soon.

We lost my Uncle Ray and my dads cousin in the same week, then the following week a close family friend 😰😰 ...living in A Native Reservation of 1500 it is very, very hard on us...our Culture is if one is hurting the the entire town steps in and helps.
