PRESS blush shredding “feather” mini skirt

Iridescent blush, elastic waist, shredding or fringed faux “feather” mini skirt. Was a sample and worn only for the purposes of this shoot. Worn less than 15 minutes. The shredding and threading and frayed end and how the skirt was made. This is not due to wear. It’s supposed to look feathered and frayed. Close up pictures to show this. 28in waist 15.5 inches long
