PRETTY LITTLE THING Floral Dress

Blue and white ruffled high neck floral dress - worn once to the office. Really love this dress but not quite my style. Says size L but I KID YOU NOT I am a size 4 and this fits perfect. My husband loves it too! Flowers are lighter blue than navy but pics look deeper navy for some reason. Flirty cut and comfy too!
