✂️PRICE CUT!✂️ Light Pink Alyce Designs Dress

Purchased this dress for prom but never got to wear it. The price is much lower than I'd like to get but this dress needs a seamstress. The two pieces, tube top and skirt, fit me but the overlay/full length shawl was too big so my mother planned to sew it but never got it done so this dress needs hemmed on the bottom of the skirt to desired length and the overlay needs the sides and bottom hemmed. I am 5'4" and a size 0 if that helps.
