✂️PRICE CUT! ✂️NEVER WORN! Navy Blue Formal Dress

Beautiful gown, open back design. It has a small train, is flowy and has a slit that stops right above knee. I had this dress custom made and they did a fabulous job but unfortunately it is too big (need 0, fits like a 2) and since it's custom, non-refundable.
