Lucky Brand cream leather with leopard print lining, one inside zippered pocket, 2 inside open pouch pockets- outside has 2 open pouch pockets at both ends. Some slight discoloration marks but is leather so will probably clear off. Magnetic clasp at purse opening keeps everything in! 2 strap handled which fit over shoulder in caramel colored leather as an accent on handles.
