PRICE DROP!! Young Innocent By Arpeja Victorian vintage dress 1960 *VERY RARE*

Size 13 Young Innocent By Arpeja sleeveless, empire waist, ruffle blouse, tie around starting at sides. Super vintage and super rare. Very cute! It looks like Phoenix or peacocks on the print. Arpeja was a California company popular in the 1960s and 1970s. The owner of the company was Jack Litt. Sue Wong was the chief designer for Young Edwardian between 1972 and 1979. Their lines were all youth oriented, very trendy and affordable. 

 Their divisions included: 
 Young Innocent (1963) *earliest one*
 Young Edwardian (1964- 1994) a junior line that was inspired by the Edwardian craze from Britain, most often very romantic, colorful, and trendy. In 1984 the company became Young Edwardian Corp. and at that time they produced women’s and girls’ sportswear.
