Does the 24 months fit like a 2T? I'm interested for my granddaughter. She's just now in a 24 months size in bubbles. I made an offer that I hope you weren't offended by. I'm just scared to spend too much if it would swallow her and then be too small for next summer. With shipping and tax, it's still a lot for me to spend. Thanks....Kay
