PSA: RETURN RETORIC THRU THIS APP

Just to let everyone know, if in case you don't know... You can be the best packer in the world and if you send something out to a customer through this app and it arrives broken, the app will ALWAYS protect the seller. So, Buyers, if you are buying something fragile, that's vintage... you have to be okay with not getting money back if it breaks even if it is meticulously wrapped because carrier service people don't always know or care what's in a package. Sellers, I'm not sure what advice I can give you other than to take pictures and if it doesn't make the transit to its destination successfully, I guess it doesn't matter because PM will back you and give about grief to the buyer for literally just buying an item. Happy poshing! p.s. please know if you do buy an item from my shop I will try to make right on it if I can. I do not check here regularly because this app is a thief in fees.
