PSHE dress

XXL, PSHE brand dress. This size runs small. It's more like a small XL. Reposh. 2nd owner. Has belt but loops were cut off. It wasn't as cute on me as hoped. Ready for fall winter. Great with boots. Sleeves can be long or shorter. Great if you need long outside and short for in the office, etc. 21 inches pit to pit. 34inches long in front, 37inches long in back.
