PSI by Alvin Bell Vintage Wool Navy Blue Dress Beautiful vintage dress. Peplum waist. Buttons down the front with gold buttons. There are pockets on the front with the same gold buttons as well as on the sleeves. There is a matching belt with a gold buckle. Can be worn with or without belt. Shoulder pads. Slit in back. Very professional for the times! I estimate this to be from the early 50’s. Excellent condition! Size 4. Measured flat: Pit to pit: 18” Waist: 14” Length: 42”
