PUFFY SLEEVE FLORAL DRESS

This dress is from Target and I honestly love the fabric they use on this clothing line. This dress is no longer my style, but if it was I would wear it all day. I am 5'2 and this dress sits right above my knee, so if you are any taller just worry about it being really short. Fabric is really breathable, but I feel like this dress is good for spring and not so much summer, but that is just my opinion.
