Thanks for posting this. I believe there are a lot of poshers that are confused and do not understand the rating procedure.

@66cashcat, Indeed & I thank you for your comment! I sat down and put this together after reading reviews from buyers in many closets that in no way spoke to the service of the seller. And to be perfectly honest when I was just a buyer & not a seller I would not have realized any of this. Quite honestly I feel it to be the responsibility of Poshmark to educate customers but in the end it is us sellers who must take charge of our little "mini business". Best wishes dear fellow posher! I am a newbaby. All I have done is made purchases, similar to you. I'm working on perfecing my site. However, you made me curious about my ratings. I read back through most and they were all about the seller, not the item. I look at POSH as a fabulous platform to sell, but more importantly a site for excellent customer service. A POSHer that communicates, is honest and will negotiate. POSHers that uphold that integrity will continue to have my business and those that I shaer their sites with.
