PYLO American Tailored black velvet flares Super flare bell bottoms 70s style turned modern Size large Inseam is great for tall girls or those who want to wear heels/platforms Inseam is approximately 35” Bottom of bell bottom is about 19” across Rise is 10” The waist is elastic and is a little twisted but it didn’t bother me. I purchased on here when I was a 10/12 and am now a 12/14 so way too small.
