PYREX Blue Tint Glass Flameware 8106C/ 7-8 Cup Percolator complete, 1930s

THIS IS A USED 1930'S ERA PYREX FLAMEWARE BLUE TINT STOVE TOP, COFFEE POT PERCOLATOR. The blue tint on the 1930s Pyrex percolator is from the aluminosilicate glass used for the pitcher part of the coffee maker. It has a rare all glass coffee basket and I think it is most likely late 1930s, around 1937 or 1938. The water diffuser is aluminum. This is a 7 to 8 cup pot, with all the parts, cleaned and ready to make some excellent coffee. Original Pyrex catalogs also suggest using the pitcher assembly for serving hot or cold drinks.Don't forget the flameware diffuser will be needed on electric burner stovetops. THE LID HAS THE FIN SHAPE HANDLE AND IS MARKED 8106-C. NO CHIPS OR CRACKS JUST NORMAL FINISH AND WEAR FOR ITS AGE. THIS UNIT IS COMPLETE WITH ALL IT'S PARTS: 5 PIECES TOTAL IT IS ABOUT 8 1/2" HIGH.
