PacSun Floral Varsity Cotton Mini Dress or Tee EUC

Super cute Pacsun floral varsity top/dress size xl- I wore it as an oversized mini dress but it would be more like a long top for actual xl sizes. It’s 30” length, and 23” width from bust down. This is basically the exact measurements of another mini dress I have listed that’s a size small, so I’m marking this as a small or medium for that reason. Worn and washed a couple times, with no serious issues. 100% cotton. Striped bottom/sleeves. Smoke/pet free home. Bundle to save!
