This is a pair of vintage pants with elastic waist. The waist measures 12.5 inches across lane flat and unstretched, but can stretch up to 16 inches across quite easily. There are two side pockets and an inside drawstring on the front of the waist.these have a rise of 13.5 inches and an inseam of 27.5 inches. 1980s era
