Made with quick-drying BreakLite, this seasonal layer is designed to resist wind when you're Doing Things, and pack into its own pocket when you're done. Features an adjustable belt like strap enclosure (inside pocket) that can clip around waist like a fanny pack (estimate strap and packet is 20-20.5" around), or over the shoulder.
