Paco Rabaanne bubble minidress

This is an INSANE Paco Rabanne mini dress with bubble hem and cinching velvet panel at waist. Has a zipper in the back with the top half of the dress super stretchy. Shoulder pads give this dress the coolest look. Purchased in excellent condition secondhand but never wore because didn’t fit me. Size 42 which is a US10. Shoulder to hem 37 inches Pit to pit 16 inches
