Pacsun Blue Floral Tie Front Slip Dress

Never worn Pacsun dress. Only slightly wrinkled due to it being packed with other clothes. It’s a one size fits all and was just a little too short on me because I’m 5”9 but other than that it fits really great. The top part has the ability to be tied as tight as you need it.
