Pacsun (Me to We) Blue and White Floral Smocked Crop Top (Size S)

Like new condition! Such a nice color but I don’t think it suits my skin tone :( No material tag but I’m quite sure it’s cotton with some elastane. Super comfy fit Size S but I’m usually an XS and this fit me perfectly fine because of the smocked bodice. I’m 5’2, 32B, 25 in waist.
