Pacsun flower high low dress

Beautiful high low dress from pacsun! Worn twice, perfect condition. Great to dress up or dress down. Gray base with green and blue colored flower design. Sides have cross cross laced up slits, but they do not go down very far. Back of dress hits at the back of my knees (I'm 5'3") and the front lies about mid thigh. Cinched at waist.
