annaedler @mwitt99 I'm near 5'3 now, possibly 5'2 still. I would say around 100 pounds and above, I just don't have small thighs because I play lots of soccer, so it just depends on your body type.

annaedler @mwitt99 they fall right around my ankle so I could roll them if I wanted to but they would look fine as well if I didn't
