Padded underwire sailor stripe bra

This is a really cute, well-made, underwire, navy and white striped padded bra. PLEASE READ The sizing on it is somehow off, and though the tag says 38C, it is much closer to a 36C therefore it’s too small for me. I have measured it and the measurement stretched. Looks like it’s a 34. I have priced accordingly because I have to take a little risk with it but it’s very cute. There is no pilling anywhere on the bra. Smoke free home.
