Pageant Dress Tony Bowls size 2 White

This dress has a front slit and one layer of chiffon overlay. It has been shortened and fit my granddaughter who is 5'3". The bust was taken in 1/2 inch, but no fabric was cut out, so a seamstress could take it back out. I had it dry cleaned. no spots. Worn twice. Condition Very Good.
