Pageant dress

Tiffany size 6, it fits more of a 3/4. Had some altercations and was taken in so that's why it fits smaller but the back has the fabric board that allows more room if needed(not sure exactly what that is called) , the back is also lace up. It's been worn twice and won 1st and then 1st runner up. Beautiful dress! I just have no where to wear it anymore): Will negotiate price, make an offer (: any questions, just ask!
