are they stretchy at all and are they true to size or do they run small in the waist

@bilbo760 Hi there, I apologize I just saw this message. The pants do have some stretch to them, actually 2% spandex they fit good they stretch all over even in the waist. I just was thinking they were shorter, and being a short individual I didn’t like the way they fit on me because I’m picky.. They’re very nice pair of capris.
