These soft, wide leg viscose ankle pants from German fair trade brand Paigh have a smocked waist that stretches to approximately 23” across. The size is listed as XL-XXL but I believe they run a bit small (for reference, I am size 18ish and I technically could fit, but they were snug enough to defeat the whole point of a loose and flowy pant). I’d say these would fit a size L or XL best. They are new with tags!
