Painted Threads lined knit skirt

Bought at Nordstrom a few years ago. Gently used condition- no rips, no stains, no holes. Really no flaws at all! Lying flat, the waist is almost 14" and is elastic with a slight give. The skirt itself doesn't offer much give. Says size Small, but I'd say it fits a size 2 or maybe a slim-hipped 4. Length is 16". Hips measure a tiny bit over 17”.
