This original Ink on Artboard painting is a one of a kind piece from the 1960s. Black India Ink on gray art board in very good condition. Signed “Newton ‘66” . The painting features abstract and experimental styles, with a focus on figures and faces. The art measures 15 inches in height and 13 inches in width, and is freshly matted to 19” x 17” for display. Providence: This original painting is from the estate of artist Carole Myers (1934-2017). Carole was an active artist from 1950 until her death in 2017. Carole collected paintings from fellow artists throughout her life leaving an eclectic variety featuring some of the best experimental artists from the past decades. I inherited this piece from Carole’s estate. Non smoking home.
