Pair of Gold Tone Small Crisscross Hoop Earrings

This is a pair of gold tone small crisscross hoop earrings. I have no idea what the metal is, but I'm almost certain that these are fashion pieces. They are gold tone with one part being a smooth and shiny finish while the other is more of a sparkly textured finish. They're very versatile and go with a lot of outfits.
