They are a textured light fleece feeling on the inside making them great for casual wear, running, or working out. I have loved these pants but have recently moved onto Lululemon to replace these. They have a good amount of reflective strips, zippers on pockets, a small pocket on the back, and zippers at the bottom of the pants to adjust tightness.
