Paisley Floral Boho Colorful Beach Skirt/Dress

This adorable dress/skirt is made of a colorful patterned material with an ultra stretchy top that allows it to be worn as a skirt or a dress. It is size XL; it seems to be smaller than that however, probably more like a juniors XL, however it will fit a variety of sizes depending on how you want to wear it. The mannequin is size 4-6 and it fits it well as both a dress and skirt, although it should also fit larger sizes. It is new with tag. If you have any questions, please ask!
