The outside is 65% Polyester, and 35% Rayon. It has 4 button cuffs with navy and red stitching, three front flap pockets that are still whip stitched together so you remove the stitch and fold flaps in if desired, 1 slip pocket on top, notched collar, and two back side vents. Inside has 2 regular pockets and one pen pocket, with fully lined 100% polyester lining with a navy watercolor look and butterfly print. Shoulder to shoulder: 17.75". Underarm to underarm: 21.5". Sleeve length: 26". Length on back from top of collar to bottom: 30". Buttoned Up Waist: 19.5". Top button is a little lose, but other than that in perfect condition. Comes with extra buttons.
