Paisley Lulu’s one shoulder top

Really cute boho or western one shoulder shirt with a cute puff sleeve that can be work at the elbow or wrist. This top has a large tag on it but im listing it as a medium since it has no strech and i do not consider it a large. New never worn it did not fit me.
