Paisley Print Dress

This dress is such a pretty day out in town dress! It is black, with light pastel colored flowers. It is too cute paired with brown booties or wedges & a floppy hat! The arms are a tighter fit then are flowy at the elbows down. The seam is underneath the chest are, & with a simple gold necklace adds the right touch to it! The back has a tie to adjust to your liking for the fit of the arms. It is a little open, but just the right amount. Only worn once. Purchased from a boutique in GA, Dress Up.
