Paisley Print Tie Waist Dress - Excellent Condition

This beautiful cream and navy blue paisley print dress has a detachable matching ribbon to tie around the waist and a small snap in the deep v wrap top if you’d like to snap it up higher. Beautiful and soft fabric, elastic at waist. Originally purchased by me at Angl and only worn a few times, it is in excellent condition.
