Paisley and floral Dress or skirt

This can be worn as a dress or a skirt. I loved it as a skirt but I was too short and didn't care for it on me as a dress. So I may have worn this once BUT the material feels awesome and there is a slip...very pretty...more of a m/l in my opinion💕💖
