Paisley combo turtle neck and reversible vest.

COMBO turtleneck and reversible vest is stunning. There are gathers at the neckline, in addition to the loose fitting turtleneck. The vest is reversible, black inside, note the white marks at the base. I'm assuming they can be washed out but I didn't try.
