Like new, longer style/maxi dress with adjustable tie spaghetti straps. Sort of ruching all around bust in front and back. Blue paisley pattern throughout. For reference, the mannequin's measurements are a bust of about 40 inches, waist about 32 inches, and hips about 41 inches.
